- – Chinese Elm Tree – Highly invasive and takes over, grows like bamboo shoots
- – Russian Olive Tree – thorny, nuisance, and grows in every wet water ditch of Northern Utah.
- – Solo Pine Tree – Unfortunately, they do not grow well alone, because they are cluster trees.
- – Tree of Heaven – If they have space, then they may be considered “great” shade tree. However root systems are heavily dominant and trees considered high growth rate.
